Sprite Tourer SW

Can the legendry Sprite get more sprightly?  Perhaps ‘sprightly’ isn’t quite the word to describe the fabulous new Sprite Tourer SW, big brother to the hugely successful Sprite Tourer SP.  Obviously Jurgens Ci knows what the different markets want and has recognised the need for the larger Sprite Tourer SW in addition to the Sprite Tourer SP.

Apart from being ideal for caravanners who want to get up and go at the drop of a hat, rather then being tied down to one venue, it’s a highly mobile, luxury home that can be set down anywhere – any destination – and is immediately functional, without having to unpack. And you’ll arrive fresh as a daisy since it’s pretty-well dust-proof! Next day the whole family can be off again, just like that!

The Sprite Tourer SW has been specifically designed for adventurous families.  The interior is spacious – 4 287 mm long x 2 030 wide and 2 350 high. It comfortably sleeps four on double and queen-sized beds, and has loads of storage space in overhead lockers, wardrobes and cupboards.  The leisure awning can be put up with ease – and creates more sleeping space. The slide-out kitchen, with two burner gas stove and microwave oven, plus a 220/12V fridge, would delight a Master Chef. You can, of course, dine inside since the sleeping area converts to a dinette.

Maintenance is minimal.  Wall and furniture coverings are washable, with floors in heavy duty vinyl.  Adding luxury are tastefully colour co-ordinated upholstery and blinds. Epitomising the thought and care that have gone into the Tourer SW’s design are the safety-conscious soft-edged counter tops.

But caravanning is also about travelling. What’s the Sprite Tourer SW like on the road? The off-road caravan axle, 15” wheels, and excellent weight distribution make the SW surprisingly comfortable to drive, even on gravel and other rough road surfaces. All-in-all this is the adventure treat of excellence.

L21 - KAMBATI CAMP 19th – 21st Mar 2021

Club | News
Some of the Laager members decided to have an extra long weekend and arrived at Kambati on Thursday. Friday morning saw the rest of the members arriving and by the evening everyone had arrived to enjoy a lekka gesels around the fire with much laughter. Saturday morning found everyone trying to guess the mystery activity we had planned. At 2pm everyone gathered and was told they would be making a kite. Everyone became excited, like kids again, as no one had built a kite since childhood. Everybody had lots of fun making the kites and especially trying to fly them. Poor Lesley was made to run up and down by Leighton to try and get the kite to fly. Unfortunately, as per the Premier Log, John’s Liverpool kite did not feature at all and Robbie’s Manchester United kite took flight and stayed ahead. Sunday evening being an extra night, we had snacks which everyone enjoyed and a wonderful time around the fire again
